Situated along the shore of beautiful Lake Guntersville is the Goose Pond Colony Lodge. The lodge has five adjoining bedrooms with bath on the ground floor and a sixth bedroom with bath on the upper floor.

The middle floor level room has a kitchen and living room. Each room is equipped with cable television, telephones, wifi, refrigerators and microwaves. A spacious porch overlooks the lake on both the ground and upper floors. The lodge can be rented daily or weekly to suit your needs.

The Lake Course at Goose Pond Colony Resort is an 18-hole, George Cobb designed course that opened in 1971. With its natural layout and views of the Tennessee River from every hole. It is a four star rated course that has been recognized as one of the top places to play in Alabama and the #1 public golf course in North Alabama.

The Lake Course has been host to seven National Junior College Athletic Association Div II Championships. The Plantation Course at Goose Pond Colony Resort is an 18-hole course featuring open fairways, plenty of hazards and new Mini-Verde greens, which are recognized as the no. 1 Ultra Dwarf grass and the Choice of Champions. Located just a short drive from the main resort complex, the recently renovated Plantation Course is also now a Tee It Forward golf course making it a more enjoyable experience for golfers of any level.
